Who We Are

The Foundation's goal is to improve the quality of human life by helping all people realize their fullest potential. This includes the support of charitable organizations that provide recreational, social, health, educational opportunities and recognition to people of all ages from children to seniors.

Gifts are generally made to charitable organizations that serve the philosophies of the foundation and are in the communities in which we do business or where an employee of WGI resides. Consideration is given to those charities that Willdan Group, Inc. Foundation has given to in the past.

The Foundation is entirely funded by donations from Willdan Group, Inc. Willdan is comprised of its seven divisions: Engineering, Geotechnical, Resource Solutions, (environmental) Energy Solutions, Financial Services, and Homeland Solutions.
